1. Overview
DrinkDays ("the App") is an app for managing and analyzing your drinking records. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
2. Information We Collect
2-1. Information you provide (stored on device only)
- Drink records: date, drinking status, amount (glasses/bottles), notes
- App settings: bottle price, glass/bottle ratio, language, currency
- App state: the version and time an update notice was shown, how many times and when a rating was requested, how many times the App was opened and when the opening ad (app open ad) was last shown, and a random identifier for anonymous usage statistics. These are deleted when you uninstall the App.
2-2. Automatically collected information (advertising)
- The Google AdMob SDK may collect your device advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) to serve ads.
- On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent is requested. Denying has no impact on app functionality.
2-3. Anonymous usage statistics
- Anonymous usage statistics (usage events such as screen views and how often records are saved, with a random identifier) are stored with the database hosting service Supabase (as a data processor). The content of your drink records and notes is not sent.
- The random identifier is generated by the App and is not linked to a name, email, account or advertising identifier.
3. Data Storage and Transfer
- All drink records and settings are stored only in your device's local storage.
- Data that leaves the App is ad-related data (Google AdMob, to Google servers) and anonymous usage statistics (Supabase, section 2-3). The content of your drink records and notes is never sent to a server.
- When you tap Export records, your records are passed to the app you choose (Mail, Notes and so on). They do not go through MAXLAB servers.
4. Third-Party Sharing
- Google AdMob: Advertising identifiers may be shared for ad serving purposes.
- Supabase (data processor): stores anonymous usage statistics.
- No user data is shared with any other third parties.
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Data Deletion
- Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on your device.
- Anonymous usage statistics are kept while the service is operated and are not deleted automatically. Because they carry only a random identifier, statistics cannot be traced to a specific user, so individual deletion requests cannot be processed.
- No account exists, so no account deletion process is needed.
6. Children's Privacy
This App is not intended for users under 17 years of age. It contains alcohol-related content and is rated 17+.
7. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with the updated date shown at the top.
