Privacy Policy
Night Customs (the “App”) is an offline observation game provided by pilyeooong. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information handled by the App
The App does not require an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or gameplay content.
- On-device game data: completed shifts, scores, discovered case files, language, haptic preference, purchase entitlement cache, and update-prompt history are stored locally on your device. The developer does not receive this data.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob may process device identifiers, coarse location inferred from network information, ad impressions and interactions, product interaction, performance, crash, and diagnostic data to deliver non-personalized ads, prevent fraud, measure performance, and operate its advertising service.
- Purchase data: the optional Pro purchase is processed by Apple. The App receives purchase status needed to unlock features but does not receive or store your payment card or billing details.
2. Purposes
- Save local game progress and preferences
- Confirm and restore the Pro entitlement
- Provide non-personalized advertising to non-Pro users
- Measure ad delivery, diagnose failures, and prevent invalid traffic
3. Advertising and tracking
The App requests non-personalized ads and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. The developer does not use App data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. 4. Third-party services and disclosure
- Google AdMob: non-personalized advertising, ad measurement, security, and diagnostics.
- Apple App Store: purchase processing and restoration under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The developer does not sell personal information and does not provide App data to unrelated third parties.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Information processed by Google or Apple is retained according to each provider’s policies. You may remove the App’s local data by deleting the App.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed specifically to children under 13 and does not knowingly request personal information from children.
7. Your rights
You may contact the developer to ask about this policy. Because the App has no account system and the developer does not receive your local game data, the developer generally cannot identify or retrieve a particular user’s local records.
8. Security and international processing
The App minimizes data use by keeping gameplay data on-device. Third-party providers may process information in countries where they operate, using safeguards described in their respective policies.
9. Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
