"Noise Meter - dB Sound Level" (the "App") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

1. Information Collected

The App does not require sign-up or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number.

Microphone access: The App accesses your device microphone to measure ambient sound levels in real time. Audio input is used solely to calculate dB readings within the App and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.

However, the following information may be automatically collected by a third party (Google AdMob) for advertising purposes:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)
• Device information (device model, OS version)
• App usage data (ad impressions, clicks, etc.)
• IP address (for approximate location estimation)

The App stores your session maximum dB value locally on your device only and does not transmit it to any server.

2. Purpose of Use

• Real-time ambient noise level (dB) measurement via microphone input
• Providing personalized or non-personalized advertisements
• Measuring ad performance and improving the service
• Storing session maximum value (local device storage only)

3. Third-Party Sharing

The App uses the Google AdMob SDK to display ads. For details on Google's data collection and use, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

The App does not store audio data on any server. Local data (session maximum value) is automatically removed when the App is deleted. Data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's data retention policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the update will be announced on this page.
