Privacy Policy

"MeasureMark - Photo Ruler" (the "App") values your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information Collected

The App does not require sign-up or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or phone number.

Photo access: The App requests access to your photo library so you can select images and add measurement annotations. Selected photos are processed locally on your device for the current editing session and are not uploaded to our server. The App does not keep a project history. If you leave the editing screen or close the App without saving an exported image, the current work is discarded.

Saved images: When you tap Save Image, the annotated image is saved to your device photo library. The App does not send saved images to a developer server.

The following information may be automatically processed by Google AdMob for advertising, ad measurement, and fraud prevention. Advertising identifiers are used only where available and allowed by the operating system or user settings.

• Advertising identifiers such as IDFA or GAID, where available
• Device information such as model and OS version
• Ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks
• IP address for approximate location and fraud prevention

2. Purpose of Use

• Loading photos selected by the user
• Editing measurement annotations during the current session
• Saving exported measurement images to the user's photo library when requested
• Displaying non-personalized advertisements through Google AdMob
• Measuring ad performance, preventing fraud, and improving app reliability

3. App Tracking Transparency

The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not ask to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. AdMob ad requests in the App are configured for non-personalized ads. If tracking permission is not granted on iOS, the Google Mobile Ads SDK does not send the IDFA in ad requests.

4. Third-Party Sharing

The App uses the Google AdMob SDK to display ads. For details on Google's data collection and use, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

The App does not store measurement projects or project history. Photos and annotations are kept only in memory during the current editing session unless you save an exported image to your photo library. You can delete saved images from your device photo library at any time. Data processed by Google AdMob is governed by Google's data retention policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, the update will be announced on this page.
