Privacy Policy

"AimBurst" (the "App") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

1. Information Collected

The App does not require sign-up or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number.

However, the following information may be automatically collected by a third party (Google AdMob) for advertising purposes:

• Device and app identifiers used by the advertising SDK
• Device information (device model, OS version)
• Advertising and app interaction data (ad impressions, clicks, app launches, etc.)
• Diagnostic and performance data
• IP address (for approximate location estimation)

For the anonymous global rankings feature, the App collects the following and stores it on a server:

• A random identifier the App generates for itself on first launch (not your Apple ID, not the advertising identifier, and not linked to any account)
• Your best score and accuracy per game mode

This identifier is never displayed to other users; leaderboards only show a 4-character hash tag derived from it.

The App stores your run history, per-mode best scores, and Pro entitlement status locally on your device only. In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing non-personalized advertisements
• Measuring ad performance and improving the service
• Operating anonymous global rankings (best score and accuracy per mode, keyed by a random device identifier)
• Storing run history, best scores, and Pro entitlement status (local device storage only)

3. Third-Party Sharing

The App uses the Google AdMob SDK to display ads. For details on Google's data collection and use, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

Anonymous ranking data (random device identifier, best score, accuracy) is stored using Supabase, a cloud database service, solely to operate the rankings feature. See the Supabase Privacy Policy for details.

4. Advertising Privacy Choices

The App requests advertising consent information through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required by applicable law. Ads are requested as non-personalized ads. Google may still use device identifiers for advertising measurement and analytics, which Apple may classify as tracking. When required, an "Ad privacy choices" entry is provided in the App so you can review or change your choices.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data (run history, best scores, Pro entitlement) is automatically removed when the App is deleted. Anonymous ranking records (random identifier, best score, accuracy) are retained on the server to operate the leaderboards; because the identifier is not linked to you, we cannot look it up from any personal information, but you may request deletion by contacting the address below with the 4-character tag shown next to your entry. Data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's data retention policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, the update will be announced on this page.
